Return and Refund Policy

At Bookstem, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and undamaged condition. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, which we can provide.

Please note: We only accept returns that have been authorized by us. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Refund Delays:
If more than 30 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@bookstem.com.

Order Modifications & Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, we may no longer be able to make changes, as your order may already be processed or shipped.

Non-returnable Items:
Personalized or custom items (such as signed books or special orders) cannot be returned. Please check your order carefully before confirming purchase. Contact support with any questions.
